You need mail the unboxing video of the product on the mail mentioned above before initiating Return, we'll check the eligibility from our side & will call regarding same.

• If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

• Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
